UnbeatableSales Listings Management

Overview

UnbeatableSale is a growing marketplace with a huge variety of different products. Once integrated with Sellercloud, you can manage posting and updating products on the UnbeatableSale store site directly from the Sellercloud interface. The product changes can be pushed either manually, or automatically.


Prepare a Product for UnbeatableSales

Prior to posting or updating a product on any channel, it must be enabled for that channel. To get the product ready for posting on UnbeatableSale , make that product UnbeatableSale -enabled following the below steps.

  1. Go to Catalog > Manage Catalog.
  2. Open the requested product.
  3. Click Toolbox, and select Unbeatable Sale.
  4. Upon edit mode, select the Enabled checkbox that is available on the General panel.

  5. The UnbeatableSale Properties page is where you can also set product attributes specific to the UnbeatableSale channel. See the definitions of the product properties in the table below.
    FIELD NAME DEFINITION
    Merchant SKU Displays the Merchant SKU identifier of the selected product. It defaults to the product ID, but can be changed to map to any SKU on UnbeatableSale.
    Site Price Displays the product’s Site Price that is pulled from the product’s home page
    Price For Unbeatable Sales Displays the product price specific to this channel
    Unbeatable Sales Price The price you are selling it to UnbeatableSale. The price on the order will switch to the value placed here.

    Deselect the Default checkbox to enter the value manually.

    Safety Qty Click the Default checkbox to use the default Safety Quantity setting adjusted per the related company within the Unbeatable Sales Settings. Deselect the Default checkbox to manually change that value for an individual product.
    Enable Default Qty Select the checkbox to specify the Default Quantity which only refers to Replenishable Products. For these products, the Default Quantity is the number that will always be sent to the channel in inventory updates regardless of the actual available inventory.
    Default Qty Enter the Default Qty to be sent to the channel. To manually set this value, deselect the Default checkbox. Otherwise, the default Default Qty value adjusted on the company’s Unbeatable Sales Settings will be applied.
    Avail Qty Reflects total inventory being currently in-stock along with the inventory available for the UnbeatableSale channel only.

Post/Update Products Manually

Your product can be listed on Unbeatable with the basic product attributes on the product home page. This means entering the minimum information required by the channel for listing/updating a product. In Sellercloud, you can submit updates individually or in bulk.

Individually

To modify the product information for UnbeatableSale Listings, and manually push the changes, follow the steps below.

  1.  Go to Catalog > Manage Catalog.
  2. Open the requested product.
  3. Click Toolbox, and select Unbeatable Sale.
  4. Alternatively, to open the product’s Unbeatable Sale Properties page, click the UnbeatableSale icon on the Manage Catalog page (see figure below).Unbeatable Sale icon
  5. Once changes are made, click Actions, and select Post on Unbeatable. This option is used for both posting and updating the product on the channel.Post on Unbeatable Sale

In Bulk

To push the update of a single product or multiple products at a time, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to Catalog > Manage Catalog.
  2. Select the product(s) you want to update on UnbeatableSale. 
  3. Click the Actions icon, in the bottom-right corner, and select the Launch on Channel option.Launch update of unbeatable products
  4. In the Launch on Channel dialog box that appears, select Unbeatable Sale, and click the Launch button.
  5. The task will be submitted to the Queued Job. Once processed, the update will be sent to the UnbeatableSale store site.

Automate Inventory and Price Updates

To initiate regular product updates on an automatic basis, make the following adjustments.

  1. Go to Settings > Companies Manage Companies.
  2. Open the company for which you want to configure automatic product updates on the UnbeatableSale channel.
  3. Click Toolbox, navigate to UnbeatableSale, and select General Settings.
  4. Upon edit mode, select the Enable Prices Upload and Enable Inventory Upload settings to adjust automatic updates of both prices and inventory. Save the changes made.Unbeatable company settings
