Kohl’s Orders


Kohl’s is a leading omnichannel department store retailer. Learn how to automate order download, update order status, and refund Kohl’s orders from your Sellercloud account.

Automate Order Download and Tracking Upload

Kohl’s orders download automatically into Sellercloud. The integration runs with scheduled tasks via DSCO API plugins which are generic for all integrations running through DSCO. The plugin checks for new orders at regular intervals and pulls any order not present in Sellercloud.

  1. Go to Settings > Companies > Manage Companies > select a company.
  2. In Toolbox, select Custom Settings > click the plus icon to add the following settings:Custom company settings
    • DSCO_Token – Enter your API token. You can receive it from DSCO support or check it on their website.
    • Optional settings:
      • DSCO_IntegrationName – This is the order source set in Sellercloud. You can enter KOHL here and the orders will import with this source.
      • DSCO_LockShippingMethod – This setting can have values of True or False. This will lock the shipping method on the order, meaning that you have to ship it with the method requested by the channel.
      • DSCO_MarkOrdersUnpaid – Imports the orders as unpaid. Can be set to True or False.
  3.  Enter the setting Name and Value > click Save.
  4. In Toolbox, select Kohls > General Settings > Edit.
  5. In the Controls panel, select Enable Order Download > Enable Order Fulfillment Upload. Kohl's control panel

Shipping Method Mapping

You can map the shipping methods sent for each order by Newegg to a preferred shipping carrier and service.

  1. Go to Settings > Companies > Manage Companies > select a company.
  2. In Toolbox, select Kohls > Shipping Method Mapping > Edit.
  3. For each Shipping Method, select a corresponding Code to Send > click Save.
    Kohl’s communicates the required shipping method via codes. The shipping codes must be mapped for sending the shipping confirmation.

Refund a Kohl’s Order

For the Kohl’s orders marked as shipped in Sellercloud, you can issue a refund:

  1. Go to Orders > Manage Orders > select an order.
  2. On the Order Detail page, select Actions > Issue Refund.
  3. Enter Amount To Refund and Notes > click Refund.Kohl's refund order

Cancel a Kohl’s Order

You can cancel an order internally in Sellercloud before it’s marked as shipped:

  1. Go to Orders > Manage Orders > select an order.
  2. On the Order Detail page, select Actions > Set Cancelled Internally > Save.Kohl's cancel order
